The Healthcare Deposit can keep your premiums fixed for life by asking you to make a fixed percentage co-payment towards any claim as is the common practice in the USA.
The Healthcare Deposit Account will always pay the majority share of your claim. The following table shows your share of a claim that depends on your age and whether you have single, married, family or single parent cover.
If there are two adults to be covered and you would like to pay the minimum possible share of a claim then each adult can complete separate application forms and each adult’s share of a claim will then be as for a single adult.
For complete peace of mind, your personal deposit account funds are protected for the first 10 years of cover up to a maximum of £30.000. Having this protection means that your share of a claim will be topped up when there is not enough money in your deposit account to pay your share of the claim.
